Horst Bader Appointed CEO of RAMPF Advanced Polymers

Peter Barwitzki resigns from management board of global chemical systems company with immediate effect for personal reasons

Grafenberg, Germany, April 17, 2026. RAMPF Advanced Polymers, a leading specialist in reactive polymer systems, has appointed Horst Bader as its new CEO. He succeeds Peter Barwitzki, who stepped down for personal reasons with immediate effect.

Horst Bader brings decades of leadership experience within the RAMPF Group. He currently serves as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Group and as CEO of the RAMPF holding company, continuing to hold both positions.

In his new role as CEO of RAMPF Advanced Polymers, Horst Bader will be supported by a strong management team covering the following C‑level functions: Alexander Ege, Chief Technology Officer (CTO); Florian Hörtreiter, Chief Operations Officer (COO); and Simon Knoll, Chief Commercial Officer (CCO).
