Application

Pattern plate for production of enamel roaster with novel embossing.

The Board Material Had To Fulfil Following requirements:

  • Highly detailed reproduction
  • Good machinability
  • No warping
  • Low coefficient of thermal expansion

Production process

1. Direct milling of pattern plate from CAD data

2. Finishing of pattern plate
 

Molding facility: Disamatic 

Sand temperature: 60 °C

Produced number of moldings: approx. 11,000 based on respective operating conditions
