Grafenberg, Germany, 08/01/25.

RAMPF employees and their families, sponsoring partners, and even a former Olympic athlete joined forces to cover 1,702 miles for a good cause: At the second edition of the RAMPF Charity Run, a total of 14,174 euros was raised in support of the GlücksPanther Metzingen – the inclusive handball team of the TUSSIES Metzingen – and the Rudolf Rampf Foundation.

Following its successful debut last year, the second edition of the RAMPF Charity Run has taken things up a notch. A total of 317 participants – including RAMPF employees and their families, members of sponsored sports clubs, and the highly decorated German long-distance runner Sabrina "Mocki" Mockenhaupt-Gregor – completed lap after lap at the Otto-Dipper Stadium in Metzingen, all for a good cause.

For each of the 6,847 laps completed, RAMPF donated one euro. This amount was then doubled by the company. An additional 480 euros were raised through donation boxes and beverage sales. Altogether, 14,174 euros were collected – 1,414 euros more than at last year’s event. The total sum was split equally between GlücksPanther Metzingen and the Rudolf Rampf Foundation.

Michael Rampf, CEO of the RAMPF Group:

The dedication of all participants is nothing short of inspiring. It was pouring rain right up until the start of the charity run – yet as the event kicked off, the track was already filled with runners. Once again, this showed just how much heart and commitment goes into this initiative. We are especially delighted that we were once again able to raise a significant amount for two such meaningful causes. In times like these, social cohesion is more important than ever. It is great to see how many dedicated individuals are getting involved with the GlücksPanther Metzingen and the Rudolf Rampf Foundation, strengthening community spirit across our region.
