High-performance Alternative Polyols Made from PU and PET Waste Materials

Pirmasens, Germany, 03/11/19.

RAMPF Eco Solutions is presenting chemical solutions and multi-functional production plants for the manufacture of high-quality alternative polyols from PU and PET waste materials, PSA, and renewable or bio-based raw materials at PSE 2019 from March 26 - 28 in Munich – Hall 3, Booth 631.

RAMPF Eco Solutions based in Pirmasens, Germany, is an expert in developing chemical solutions for the manufacture of high-quality alternative polyols. In two of the largest facilities in Europe, tailored polyols are industrially manufactured from PU residues using a specially developed chemical process. The resulting basic polyols are integrated back into the production process of the customers, creating a cycle that delivers both environmental and economic benefits.

RAMPF Eco Solutions has also developed a chemical process that enables PET/PSA, other polyesters (PLA, PC, PHB), and renewable or bio-based raw materials such as vegetable oils to be used as sources of raw materials for manufacturing high-quality alternative polyols.

High Quality, Cost-efficient, Eco-friendly

Marco Werth, Director of Sales & Marketing at RAMPF Eco Solutions:

Our alternative polyols meet the highest quality standards and are tailored precisely to the customer's production set-up. Using RAMPF polyols guarantees for first-class products and reduces both the dependency on volatile markets and the consumption of raw materials and energy. In addition, our customers set a strong signal in the market with this environmentally sustainable production cycle.

Multi-functional Plants for Polyol Production

RAMPF Eco Solutions is a leading specialist for the design, development, and construction of multi-functional plants for the manufacture of customized alternative polyols using PU waste materials, PET/PSA, polyesters such as PLA and PHB, and biomonomers.

The plants enables customers to manufacture their own polyols onsite, which can then be fed directly back into the production process.

For this unique product offering, RAMPF Eco Solutions combines its many years of experience in developing innovative chemical solutions with the expertise of its partners in industrial plant construction.

At PSE Europe 2019, RAMPF is joined by PURPLAN, an international specialist for designing and building chemical processing plants with a focus on polyurethanes and synthetic resins manufacturing.

The family-owned company based in Wallenhorst, Germany, offers holistic solutions from a single source – from project planning and scheduling to automation control systems, turnkey project completion, commissioning, and maintenance.
