Two experienced experts at the helm of RAMPF Machine Systems

RAMPF Machine Systems, an international development partner and system supplier for complete machine bed solutions and machine systems, is being led by a strong team comprising managing directors Thomas Altmann and Dirk Haumann.

Thomas Altmann (48) has held managerial positions in machine sales for more than 17 years and was Director of Sales and Marketing at RAMPF Machine Systems in Wangen from April to September 2017. He graduated in mechanical engineering from Esslingen University of Applied Sciences, majoring in production systems. His areas of responsibility are:

  • Sales and marketing
  • Design and development / engineering
  • Quality control

Over the past 22 years, Dirk Haumann (54) has held managerial positions at the Fraunhofer Society, automotive suppliers, consultancies, and mechanical / plant engineering companies.

During this time, he has gathered extensive international experience in the fields of operational excellence, lean management, and developing innovative production concepts. The University of Stuttgart mechanical engineering graduate is also a qualified mechanic.

His areas of responsibility are:

  • Operational business
  • Purchasing and materials management / supply chain
  • Chemical laboratory and chemical development
