RAMPF Employee Tickets – Enjoying Regional Top Sports Together
It’s show time! On February 8, 2026, billions of eyes around the world will be fixed on the NFL final when the Super Bowl kicks off for the 60th time at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara. Global sporting events like this capture attention worldwide. But unforgettable live sports experiences don’t only happen on the biggest international stages – they also take place much closer to home.
In Germany, regional sports clubs often compete at a very high professional level and play an important role in local communities. The atmosphere in the stadium, thrilling matches, and the shared excitement among fans create goosebump moments of their own.
This is exactly where a special offer at RAMPF comes into play – one that enables live sporting experiences while also fostering networks and exchange beyond everyday working life.
Sport as an Integrated Employee Benefit at RAMPF
Since the 2010/2011 season, RAMPF employees have been able to book free tickets to selected sports events – simple, voluntary, and firmly rooted in the company culture. The program is open to everyone, with participation entirely optional.
What began with the handball teams of TUSSIES Metzingen and TV Neuhausen has evolved over the years into a broad offering across multiple sports and leagues, ranging from handball and basketball to ice hockey and American football. Today, employees can enjoy professional and semi‑professional sporting events across various disciplines, with a strong focus on clubs from southwestern Germany.
Frank Fischer, Director of Human Resources at RAMPF, has supported the initiative from the very beginning:
As a sports‑enthusiastic, family‑owned company, it is important to us to actively support and promote local sports clubs through long‑term, community‑focused sponsorships. This benefits both the region and our visibility as an employer. Many of our employees are involved in local clubs themselves – whether as players, coaches, or volunteers in organizational roles. That’s why I am especially happy that we can offer free tickets to experience top‑level regional sports live. It’s a genuine added value – it inspires, strengthens identification with the company, and boosts employee satisfaction.
High Demand – Fair Distribution
The ticket offering is very popular across the company. Games of the Schwenninger Wild Wings, for example – who compete in the DEL, Germany’s top professional ice hockey league – are often booked out within a very short time. Matches of the TUSSIES and Tigers Tübingen (professional basketball) are also in high demand.
The fair use of the program is essential. To ensure that as many employees as possible can benefit, priority is given to colleagues who have not yet attended a game, aiming for at least one match per team per season. If tickets remain available or are returned at short notice, additional requests can be considered. In general, each employee may request up to two tickets per month.
Demand comes from all areas of the company: women and men, different age groups and departments, from occasional stadium visitors to dedicated sports fans.
From an organizational perspective, the feedback is consistently positive. Interest is particularly strong at the start of each season, with requests coming from a wide range of departments – an impressive indication of just how broadly the program is valued.
