A compact system, multi purpose, material independent – there are many features describing the new machine “C-DS Basic”. Visitors to the Filtration can experience its capability in action. In order to succeed the C-DS combines precision with a compact work cell. The compact dispensing system C-DS is designed for processing 1K or 2K adhesives, resins and sealants. It has been specially developped for integration into handling units – e.g. linear axis and 6-axis robots - and comes with all features required to process 2K foam gasket materials. The system consists of material conditioning, metering and mixing unit, and PLC controls. The modular design simplifies the integration into existing production lines.
With the casting resin RAKU-PUR 80-2434 filter frames are produced during the exhibition. The polyurethane material of the brand RAKU-PUR shows excellent properties. Because of its high chemical resistance as well as its high tensile and flexural strength the resin is well suited for the casting of industrial and oil filters. An efficient production process results from a combination of material and automated casting technology which both is offered by RAMPF Group, Inc.
