Tight as a drum
Chemicals, foodstuffs, cleaning agents and aromatic substances are kept, transported and stored in drums and containers. Bayern-Fass supplies the industry mainly with reconditioned drums, IBCs and canisters. In future, the family company will also manufacture new drums made of steel at its site in Aichach. This new product range of 200-litre drums is designed to carry materials in solid and paste form. When it comes to sealing the lid of the drum, Bayern-Fass has opted for a particularly tear-resistant and adhesive material with excellent compression recovery from RAMPF Giessharze, specialists in the development, production and sale of resin systems made of polyurethane, epoxy and silicon.
